After leading police on a high speed pursuit, the driver of this vehicle lost control and struck another vehicle parked on the shoulder of the freeway. The driver was partially ejected and as the vehicle rolled and continued to slide along the embankment, his arm was trapped under the vehicle causing major damage to the limb. Ironicly, both this vehicle and the vehicle that he struck were stolen, and the occupants of the other vehilce were taken into custody as well.
