E3 R3 SDC SQ8 E8 S8 all responding to this incident underneath the I-10 freeway after a dump truck carrying dry wall materials struck the wall and then rolled over the wall, falling over 30 feet to the ground below. There were 4 occupants in the truck. 3 were transported in serious condition, and the fourth was deceased on the scene.
