A Shift Structure and Alley Fire

   Station 8 "A" Shift worked this 3-1 assignment recently, that originally was dispatched as an alley fire.  Upon Engine 8's arrival, they found heavy fire in the alley, extending to 2 structures, and live power lines on fire.  Engine 8 made a quick offensive attack, and was soon supported by Squad and Rescue 8.  Additional units arrived, and the fire was brought under control in approximately 20 minutes.
